1. Controller
The controller is Digitalman s. r. o., Rádiová 16, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 54 698 511, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 161991/B (hereinafter “we”).
For data protection questions, contact us at info@digitalman.sk or +421 917 736 905. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required by law for the scope of our processing.
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we can neither reply to you nor prepare a quote. No automated decisions or profiling with legal effect take place.
3. Enhanced conversions in Google Ads
If you submit a form and have consented to advertising cookies in the cookie banner, the email and phone number from the form are encrypted in your browser (SHA-256 hashing) and sent to Google. Google matches them with its own data only to determine whether the form submission was preceded by a click on our ad. Email and phone number cannot be recovered in readable form from the hashed data. Without consent, this data is not sent.
4. Recipients of data
We share data only with companies that provide services to us and are contractually bound to protect it:

If you write to us on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, the network operator also processes your data according to its own rules.
5. Your rights
- Access to the data we process about you, and a copy,
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- Deletion of data when we no longer need it or you withdraw your consent,
- Restriction of processing,
- Portability of the data you provided to us,
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests,
- withdrawing consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter or changing your choice in the cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@digitalman.sk. We reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. The authority competent for us is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
6. How we protect your data
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), is protected by a security plugin, and only authorised team members who need data for their work have access to it.
